- Put all ingredients except baking soda in a saucepan over low heat
- Raise heat slightly as it bubbles, stirs until sugar dissolves
- take off heat
- Add baking soda and stir OBSERVE
- Pair carefully with tin foil
- Allow to cool
- Saucepan
- Spoon
- 50g sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 tbsp golden sugar
